1. Can I ship to a PO Box?

No. Shipping to PO boxes is not available.

2. How do I track a delivery?

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a notification email with your tracking number and carrier details.

3. How will my delivery be shipped?

Our shipping methods include FedEx (USA), GLS (France), BRT (Italy), and SEUR (Spain).

4. I ordered more than one item. Will everything be delivered at the same time?

5. What countries do you ship to?

We ship our products to the USA, Canada, Europe, and Japan.

6. How long does delivery usually take?

7. Can I change my delivery address after the product has shipped?
