Return & Refund Policy

The best way we can earn your loyalty is to ensure your satisfaction with every purchase. Yaber gives you a full 30 days to fall in love with your purchase. Should you have any questions, simply contact us (global@yaber.com) and we will be happy to assist you.

 

Within 30 days of purchase

  1. All unused items in original condition are eligible for a full refund.
  2. The refund will be credited back to your original method of payment, or your choice of a digital store gift card.
  3. Items returned which are not in new and resealable condition will not be granted a refund.
  4. We offer a 3 year warranty on all products purchased, if you suspect there was a defect, a photo proof will be required to receive a replacement.
  5. Damage in Transit: For non-quality related warranty claims, Yaber does not provide refunds for items damaged in transit. The buyer assumes responsibility for any damage or loss incurred in transit for non-quality related returns.

 

How Do I Return or Exchange Items?

We offer a full money back guarantee for all brand new items purchased on our website. If you are not satisfied with the product you purchased from us, you can get your money back after contacting us. You are eligible for a full refund within 30 calendar days of purchase (make sure the item is new and unopened, no refunds for used items).

After the 30-days period, you will no longer be eligible and won't be able to receive a refund. We encourage our customers to try the product in the first two weeks after their purchase to ensure it fits your needs.

How to Return or Exchange?

Simply contact us within the 30 days period, and we’ll send you a Return Authorization Number (RMA) along with return or exchange instructions.

 

Return Shipping

If the return is caused by the consumer, consumer should be responsible for the shipping fee. The specific fee should be based on the express company you choose.

If due to our reasons, the goods received are damaged or not correct, and the consumer is not required to bear the shipping fee for this reason.

No restocking fee to be charged to the consumers for the return of a product.

 

Return Costs

Buyer Responsibilities: If the return is due to non-quality related reasons, such as changes in personal preferences, dissatisfaction, or ordering the wrong item, the buyer shall bear the return shipping costs.

Yaber's Responsibilities: Yaber will cover the return shipping costs if the return is due to a proven defect. When the item is returned using the prepaid shipping label provided by Yaber, Yaber will be responsible for any damage or loss incurred during shipping.

 

When Will I Receive My Exchange or Refund?

Our warehouse team will process your return as it's received, and we'll do our best to issue you the appropriate exchange or refund as soon as possible. It's best to provide us with a tracking number for your return or exchange package so we can anticipate your return. If you've sent your items back but have not received any emails from us, please contact us via email address: global@yaber.com.

 

No-worry Price

Be confident that you’re getting the best price on Yaber.com. If at the time of purchase, or within 7 days, you find the same model currently advertised at a lower price by an authorized Yaber retailer in your country, we’ll refund you the difference.  Our Management Team will automatically review and compensate the price difference. Please contact global@yaber.com to assist with your price match request.
